The fan journey is deliberately short — the engineering under it is not. Every run is durable, replayable and traceable from the upload to the final asset.
A single selfie through the club-branded web app. Byte-verified on the server, stored in your bucket, never reused outside the run.
Tunnel walkout, full-time confetti, dressing room — scenarios you curate, with the player they support already selectable.
Scenario template → composed shots → provider chain. A waiting-room screen shows real progress instead of a spinner, so nobody bounces.

Most AI activations are a demo wrapped in a landing page. We build ours the way production systems are built — because the second activation, the third brand and the first provider outage all arrive sooner than anyone plans for.
Versioned templates describe a moment as beats — purpose, action, camera, audio, weight. A shot composer turns them into timecoded shots, so a new scenario is authored, not rebuilt.
fal.ai, Higgsfield and ElevenLabs behind one capability interface, with per-capability defaults and automatic fallback when a provider degrades. Adding a fourth is a config change.
IMAGE_FIRST for the cheapest believable still, DIRECT_VIDEO for motion, HYBRID_COMPARE to run both paths and pick the winner on quality, not on faith.

The most expensive part of a fan activation is usually persuading someone to take part. This one attaches the moment to a purchase the supporter was already going to make — so the cost of generating it sits against merchandise revenue instead of a marketing budget.
A normal purchase in the club store, in the ground or online. Nothing about the transaction changes, and nothing new has to be sold.
Printed on the receipt or attached to the order confirmation. One code, one supporter, one run — redeemable once and traceable back to the sale.
They redeem it in the club-branded fan app: one photo in, the scenario they pick, their moment back in under a minute.
The shirt they just bought is in the frame. The activation ends up marketing the merchandise that paid for it.
The service that issues, ships and redeems these codes is not built yet — the generation pipeline it would sit in front of is. We would scope it with the first retail partner rather than guess at their till and order systems.

Each output carries the run that produced it, its review state and the licence of every reference photograph behind it — so a club can answer, for any frame, where it came from.

Herofie is an İzmir-based product company building generative fan experiences for clubs, sponsors and rights holders. We started with football because it has the most demanding audience in sport — and the least patience for anything that looks fake.
Our background is production systems rather than marketing stunts: hospital platforms, industrial IoT, indoor-positioning SDKs shipped inside apps used by millions. That is why Herofie is architected as a platform — versioned scenarios, a multi-provider generation chain, auditable runs — and not as a campaign that has to be rebuilt every season.
Licensed references, curated scenarios and an approval path before anything reaches a public feed. A rights holder should never find out what we generated from a screenshot.

We build one platform and configure it per client, instead of rebuilding a microsite every season. That is why the second activation costs a fraction of the first.
