What your photo is used for

To make the one moment you asked for. Nothing else. That is the agreement you accept at the door: your photo is used only to create your own moment.

It is stored privately, never at a public address. A person at Herofie looks at your photo before anything is generated, and looks at the result before you see it.

How long it is kept

Herofie deletes your photo and your results after thirty days. A job runs every day at 04:00 UTC and destroys anything older than that. You do not have to ask for it, and you do not have to remember it.

There is a second copy, and it is worth being exact about. While your moment is being made, your photo passes to the company that runs the model for us. On the service that generates your moment we ask, with every request, for their copy of what they make to be deleted two hours later. We keep our own copy, so theirs is not needed once it reaches us.

We ask; we cannot stand over them while they do it. If that request is not honoured, their own documentation says generated media is kept for up to fourteen days by default, and that deleted data may stay in their backups until that backup cycle expires. Fourteen days is what applies if the two hours are not. Either way that copy is outside our systems: deleting here removes ours.

Training

Herofie does not train models on fan photos. We do not sell them and we do not license them on to anyone.

The company that runs the models for us commits in writing that it does not use content submitted to it to train, fine-tune or improve its own models unless the customer authorises that in writing. We have not authorised it, and we will not.

What the maker of the model itself does with a copy is governed by their own terms, and those terms do not say either way — so we will not turn them into a promise we cannot keep. We are asking them in writing, and this page will say what they answer.

Deleting it sooner

You can delete your photo and your moment at any time. The option is on every screen from the moment you upload.

Deleting removes the stored photo and the results, and withdraws the consent you gave. We keep one thing: a record that a deletion happened, so we can show that it did.

One honest limit, and we want to be exact about which copy it is. The two hours we ask for cover what they produce. The photo you sent, once it has reached them, is a separate copy we do not set a lifetime on: their published interface gives us no way to recall it early or to check that it has gone. We write that into our own audit trail rather than leave it unsaid.

Every result is marked

Every image and clip made here carries a visible “AI-generated · preview” mark.

What you make is generated by AI. It is not a photograph or a recording of anything that happened, and it is not endorsed by the club or by any player shown.

Adults only, for now

This preview is for people aged 18 or over, and the door asks you to confirm it.

Herofie is being built for younger supporters too, through a guardian flow. That flow is not part of this preview, and nobody under 18 should use what is here today.

Club showrooms

The club showroom pages record that a page was opened: which club, which version, and when. No cookie is set and no visitor identity is recorded.
